The problem

Too many tools. Too many subscriptions. Too many things falling through the cracks.

Your website, marketing, CRM, customer communications, and daily operations shouldn't function like separate businesses.

  • Unnecessary costs from overlapping software
  • Duplicated work, typing the same details into several apps
  • Missed opportunities when a lead sits in the wrong inbox
  • Operational headaches nobody has time to untangle

We help bring the pieces together.

0 separate tools, not talking to each other

The solution

One connected business. Built around you.

We create a centralized operational foundation that connects your customer journey, marketing channels, communication tools, and internal workflows. Your business gets a system designed to support how it actually works, not another collection of generic templates.

One foundation. Everything connected.

  • Website & landing pages

Connected to lead capture, customer records, scheduling, and automated follow-up.

  • Social media

Lead generation, inquiries, and messaging workflows, with engagement connected where each platform supports it.

  • Digital advertising

Ad leads flow into your CRM and can trigger follow-up, qualification, booking, and sales workflows.

  • CRM

Customer information, interactions, opportunities, and history, kept in one place.

  • Phone, SMS & email

Coordinated communication channels that help reduce missed opportunities.

  • AI-powered automation

AI receptionists, lead qualification, customer service assistance, reminders, and admin workflows, where they fit.

  • Sales pipelines

From first interaction through appointments, proposals, purchases, and follow-up.

  • Onboarding & retention

Client onboarding, service reminders, review requests, and ongoing communication.

  • Reporting & visibility

A clearer picture of business activity, without switching between apps.

The goal is not simply to put everything under one software login. The goal is to make the different parts of the business work together intelligently.

Consolidation

Reduce software clutter and subscription waste.

Many businesses pay for overlapping subscriptions: email marketing, booking, databases, texting, forms, funnels, reputation, and automation. Some are necessary. Others are redundant, underused, or replaceable.

We evaluate your existing technology stack and identify opportunities to consolidate systems, reduce unnecessary subscriptions, simplify workflows, and eliminate duplicated work.

We don't promise every outside application can or should be eliminated. Specialized industry software may still be essential.

We consolidate where it makes sense and integrate where it matters.

Not generic funnels

A funnel captures a lead. A business system handles everything around it.

A generic funnel is designed to capture a lead. A fully operational business system is designed to help the business manage what happens before, during, and after that lead arrives.

  1. BeforeMarketing, inquiries, routing
  2. DuringResponse, qualification, booking
  3. AfterOnboarding, service, retention

Law firms · including our PI intake system

Don't lose cases to a missed call or slow follow-up.

Intake, consultation scheduling, qualification, and structured follow-up in one connected system. For personal injury firms, we start from our PI intake framework and shape it around how your firm works.

  • Instant text and email response to new inquiries
  • Missed-call text-back with a callback task for your team
  • An intake pipeline from new lead to signed, with one owner per lead
  • Consult booking, reminders, and no-show follow-up
  • Long-term nurture that stops when someone replies, books, or signs
  • Optional AI receptionist for busy times and after hours

Your attorneys approve every message, script, and form.

Talk about your firm

Each business operates differently. Its backend system should reflect those differences.

Our difference · How it works

Built for your business. Not just your industry.

We use industry-specific frameworks to accelerate implementation, then customize the workflows, automations, integrations, and customer experience around each company's needs. No two businesses operate exactly alike. Their systems shouldn't either.

We are business systems strategists and implementation partners. Our work begins with understanding the business, not selling a predetermined package.

  1. 1

    Understand how your business runs

We map your workflows, customer journey, communication processes, sales cycle, and operational requirements before anything is built.

  2. 2

    Design around you

We start from an industry framework to move faster, then customize the workflows, automations, integrations, and customer experience to fit your company.

  3. 3

    Build your operational foundation

We build a custom or semi-custom backend system, consolidating where it makes sense and integrating where it matters. It becomes the foundation everything else runs on.

  4. 4

    Connect your marketing

Your website, social media, advertising, and communication channels feed into that foundation, so every inquiry lands somewhere with a clear next step.

  5. 5

    Test, train, and refine

We test end to end, train your team, hand off clear documentation, and keep improving the system with ongoing support.

We don't just help businesses attract more customers. We help build the systems that allow them to serve those customers more effectively.

Our three-part philosophy

Systematize

We identify, organize, and connect the workflows that keep the business running. We replace scattered processes with a clearer operational structure.

Automate

We automate repetitive tasks, follow-up, communications, and administrative processes where appropriate, helping teams operate more efficiently and consistently.

Grow

With better systems, faster follow-up, improved customer experiences, and connected marketing, businesses can pursue growth without adding unnecessary operational complexity.

Until your business is systematized, you don't have a business, you have a job.

Who we are · Meet our founder

A team led by Jae Brown, who has spent 20 years helping build businesses from the ground up.

Jae Brown · Founder, MDMS · Business Systems & CRM Implementation Strategist

MDMS is a team that designs, builds, and supports the operational systems behind service businesses. Our work starts with how your business actually runs. We map the path from lead capture through qualification, scheduling, follow-up, conversion, onboarding, and retention, then turn it into a practical CRM system your people can use day to day.

Our founder, Jae Brown, spent years on the operations side of healthcare in Houston: helping establish and operate a private family and sports medicine practice, and helping operate and grow a physician-led health and wellness business. That work meant coordinating physicians, staff, marketing partners, vendors, and contractors, and building workflows that connected marketing, scheduling, intake, communication, and follow-up. That hands-on operations background shapes how our team approaches every build.

Our commitments

You won't find testimonials or big numbers here.

Instead, here's exactly what we commit to on every build, so you know what you're getting before you sign.

  1. An audit before any build

We map your current process first. Every build starts there.

  2. Your approval on every word

You approve all messaging, scripts, and forms before anything goes live.

  3. End-to-end testing

Test leads, calls, bookings, and automations are run before launch.

  4. Training and a clear handoff

Your team is trained, and you get documentation you can actually use.

  5. Consent and opt-outs built in

Texts identify your business and include opt-out language.

  6. Clear scope, in writing

What's included, and what isn't, is spelled out in your proposal.
